I draw inspiration for my personal brand from the iconic Iris Apfel. Throughout her 102 years of life, she never strayed from her brand. She was unapologetically authentic, dancing to her own drum and never trying to blend in. From her costume jewelry to colorful feathered jackets, Iris didn't focus on conformity; she dressed in her own personal style with pride and confidence. She didn’t dress eccentrically for the sake of being different, but because she was comfortable in her own shoes and wanted to express herself. Her career had been devoted to fashion and design that celebrated the unexpected.

In my personal brand, I strive to emulate Iris’s attitude of never conforming but being authentically yourself in every aspect of life while having fun with it!
